Starting out begins with a Financial Status Check; this is a requirement for all new and existing customers.

Upon approval of the Financial Status Check, you will be sent a Linen Services Agreement to be read through and signed.

With receipt of a signed and approved Hire Linen Services Agreement, orders can now be placed by email (website ordering is in development).

We ask that orders are placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your requirement.

On the scheduled pick-up or delivery date, we will coordinate with you for handover.

Linen that requires cleaning can be dropped off from 7.00am to 6.00pm, 7 days a week, or when picking up an order. Alternatively it can be collected by our staff if your order is being delivered with a nominal fee.

Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date.

What is an STR or STRA?
STR stands for Short Term Rental property, or in NSW it is known as Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA). A short-term rental is a fully furnished residential property available for temporary stays—usually for less than 90 days. Ideal for holidays, business trips, or weekend getaways, these properties offer a comfortable, home-like alternative to hotels with all the essentials you need for a relaxed and flexible stay.
What do I need to do in order to start being supplied with Hotel Quality Hire Linen?
A quick financial status check will be conducted, and once approved by our accounts department you will need to read through and sign a Linen Services Agreement. After this has been completed, returned and approved, you are all set to place your first order.
How many orders can I make a week?
We don’t have any limits per se, however, we will monitor orders and implement limits where needed, as it is vital that we ensure every client receives their order in full and on time.
What do I do with my ordered linen that now requires cleaning?
Ordered linen that requires cleaning can be dropped off when picking up an order, or will be collected by our staff if your order is being delivered.
We offer a dirty linen pick-up service, for a small fee.
What happens if ordered linen arrives with a stain?
Return it to us labeled with your next order and we will exchange it.
