- A quick financial status check will be conducted, once approved by our accounts department you are all set to place your first order.
- Send us an email with your order and it will be ready in 48 hours.
How many orders can I make a week?
- We don’t have any limits per se, however, we will monitor orders and implement limits where needed, as it is very important for us to ensure every client receives their order on time and in full.
What do I do with my ordered linen that now requires cleaning?
- Ordered linen that requires cleaning, can be dropped off when picking up an order, or will be collected by our staff when your order is delivered.
- We offer an extra dirty linen pick-up service, for a small fee.
What happens if ordered linen becomes stained?
- Return it to us labeled and we will either exchange it, or adjust your next order.
